摘要
中医发展的关键问题是传承,传承的关键是理论创新,总结、传承名老中医药专家的学术思想。张小萍教授在50余年的临床实践中逐步形成了脾胃气化的学术观点,提出了脾胃气化学说,该学说主要阐述脾胃气机的升降出入,对脾胃病的临床诊疗有较好的指导意义。
The key problem of traditional Chinese medicine development is inheritance and the key of inheritance is theoretical innovation,conclusions and inheritance academic thoughts of the old Chinese medicine experts. Professor ZHANG Xiaoping,with fifty years＇ clinical practice,she has put forward gasification theory of spleen and stomach which describes ascending,descending,inward and outward of qi in spleen and stomach. The theory can guide the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
