基于线粒体能量代谢探讨“损其心者,调其营卫”防治动脉粥样硬化理论 被引量:11

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)是影响人类健康最常见的慢性血管病之一,是心脑血管疾病的主要病理学基础,因此从中医药角度研究AS的治疗是一个重要领域。中医认为脾虚失健,营卫运行失度,营气涩而不行,卫气郁而不舒,则津液不得气化,聚而成痰,痰瘀互结,脉络受阻,亦可发生胸闷、胸痛等症状。健脾法能够调和营卫,促进线粒体能量代谢,因此基于"损其心者,调其营卫"的治则治法,采用化瘀祛痰方调控线粒体能量代谢障碍防治AS值得深入探讨,也为中医药防治心脑血管疾病提供新的研究策略和科学依据。 Atherosclerosis is one of the most common chronic vascular diseases affecting human health and the main pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Therefore,it is an important field to study the treatment of AS from the perspective of medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that spleen deficiency loss of health,improper operation of ying wei,ying qi astringent but not,wei qi stagnation but not shu,the body fluid can not gasify,gather into phlegm,phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot,vein blocked,can also occur chest tightness,chest pain and other diseases.The method of strengthening the spleen can harmonize and promote the energy metabolism of mitochondria.Therefore,based on the treatment of"those who damage their heart,adjust their energy metabolism",the method of regulating mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder by removing blood stasis and removing phlegm is worthy of in-depth discussion,which also provides a new research strategy and scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.
