摘要
目的研究上海地区健康体检人群的血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)水平及其变化规律。方法采集8 607例健康体检者空腹血清,采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法进行血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)的水平测定并计算PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值(PGR),比较其在不同性别和不同年龄(〈40岁,40-60岁,〉60岁)人群中的差异。结果体检人群中的血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGR中位数分别为146.0ng/mL、12.0ng/mL和12.3。男性组PGⅠ、PGⅡ和PGR水平分别为154.0ng/mL、12.0ng/mL、12.5,女性组分别为133.0ng/mL、11.0ng/mL、11.8,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。比较不同年龄组间血清PG的水平差异均有明显统计学意义(P〈0.01)。随着年龄的增高,血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平升高,PGR降低。相关性分析结果显示,PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平与年龄呈正相关(r=0.133、0.115,P〈0.01);PGR与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.290,P〈0.01)。结论上海地区体检人群的血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGR水平呈明显的偏态分布,在不同性别和不同年龄组间有着明显的差异。
Objective To investigate the serum pepsinogen(PG)levels among the population of the healthy physical examination in Shanghai area and its variation law.Methods The fasting serum was collected from 8 607 individuals undergoing the healthy physical examination in our hospital.The levels of serum pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)and serum plasminogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)were detected by using the time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay,and the PGⅠ/PGⅡ ratio(PGR)was calculated.The differences were compared between different genders and among different age groups(40years old,40~60years old,60years old).Results The medians of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡand PGR among population of physical examination were 146.0ng/mL,12.0ng/mL and 12.3respectively.The levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡand PGR in the male group were 154.0ng/mL,12.0ng/mL and 12.5respectively,which in the female group were 133.0ng/mL,11.0ng/mL and 11.8respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The serum PG level had statistical difference among different age groups(P〈0.01).With the age increasing,the levels of serum PGⅠ and PGⅡ were increased,but PGR was reduced.The correlation analysis results showed that PGⅠ and PGⅡ were positively correlated with age(r=0.133,0.115,P〈0.001),and PGR was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.290,P〈0.05).Conclusion Serum PGⅠ,PGⅡand PGR levels in the population of physical examination in Shanghai area show the obvious skewed distribution with significant differences between different genders and among different age groups.
