摘要
描述了铝合金板冲裁工艺的研究现状。列举了汽车覆盖件模具调试过程中常见的毛刺形式;对毛刺形成机理进行阐述,分析了毛刺产生的原因。根据汽车覆盖件生产特点确定关键工艺参数,建立铝合金板冲裁工艺过程的有限元模型。通过设计正交试验确定了影响毛刺高度的显著性因素。分析了单工艺参数下对毛刺高度的影响情况。为铝合金汽车覆盖件模具的生产和调试解决毛刺问题提供了理论依据。
Describe the research status of aluminum alloys panel stamping process. List thecommon forms of burr in the tryout process of automobile panel dies. Describe the formingmechanism of burr formation,and analyze the causes of the burr formation. According to thecharacteristics of automobile panel production,identify key process parameters and establishthe finite element model of aluminum alloys panel cutting process. Analyze the sequence ofsignificance for the influence of the key process parameters on the burr height by designingorthogonal test. Analyze the influence of single process parameters on the burr height. Providestheoretical basis for dealing with problem of burr in the production and tryout process of thealuminum alloys automobile panels.
