摘要
建立了V形齿圈压边精密冲裁的有限元模型,分别选用不同的压边力和反顶力,使用Deform 3D有限元软件,对材料为45钢、板厚为3mm、直径为18mm的圆盘落料件精冲过程进行了模拟,并总结了压边与反压力对于精冲件质量的影响。这一研究有利于精冲工艺及模具的优化设计,为精冲技术的进一步发展提供了理论依据。
The model of the fine-blanking process with the V-ring was builL Under the different edge press and counter force,the process of the fine-blanking of the 45steel round disk with depth 3ram and diameter 18ram was simulated by the FEM software Deform 3D. The influence of edge press and counter force on the quality of the fine-blanking piece was summrized. This study will make for the optimization of the fine-blanking process and the mould design, otherwise it can provide theoretical gists for the further development of the fine-blanking technical.
