摘要
为科学合理地确定近水平露天矿山下部水平内排搭桥方式,选取桥面处合理工作线长度、桥体服务台阶个数、桥体二次剥离费用、桥体移设步距、回收端帮矿石资源量、工程实施难度6个评价指标建立理想解法方案评价模型,以哈尔乌素露天矿为例,针对3种下部水平建立中间桥的方式进行了决策分析,确定采场下部水平建立双桥开拓运输系统为最优方案。方案实施后,矿山每年节约运输费用1086.42万元,减少二氧化碳排放1998.85t,回收端帮煤炭资源83.2万t,取得了良好技术经济效益。
In order to reasonably determine the arrangement of bridging in the bottom of open-pit mine near horizon, the evaluation models of ideal solution were established through six evaluation indexes, including the reasonable length for work line at bridge surface, the service levels for bridge., o- verburden cost for bridge, the shift step, the ore recovery at the end slope and the hard engineering practice. Taking Haerwusu Open-pit Mine as an example, three bridging ways in the low and horizontal position were decided and analyzed. It concluded that the transportation system with double bridges at the bottom stope was the optimal plan. After application, the transportation expenses were saved by 108, 642, 000 RMB, the CO2 emission was reduced by 1998.85 t and the coal resources were recycled 832,000 tons per year, which obtained significant technical and economic benefits.
