摘要
为使哈尔乌素露天煤矿坡道设计工作更加简单、准确,将不同的坡道修筑方法总结归纳、梳理优缺点进行对比,并分析爆破后岩石体积膨胀对坡道缺口预留量的影响,同时考虑生产现场地质环境变化,应用三角函数公式和类比推理法,推导出不同倾角平盘修筑坡道的理论公式。结果表明:使用相匹配的坡道修筑方法并结合不同倾角平盘修筑坡道的理论公式,可简化坡道设计工作,提高设计准确度和施工质量,节约生产成本。
In order to make the ramp design of Haerwusu open pit coal mine more simple and accurate,the advantages and disadvantages of different ramp construction methods are summarized and compared,and the influence of rock volume expansion after blasting on the ramp gap reservation is analyzed.At the same time,considering the change of geological environment in the production site,trigonometric function formula and analogy reasoning method are applied to deduce the theoretical formula of ramp construction for flat panel with different inclination.The results show that:the proposed method can simplify the ramp design,improve the design accuracy and construction quality,and bring down the production cost.
