摘要
目的研究八角茴香Illicium verum果实中的酚苷类成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和ODS反相柱层析等方法进行分离和纯化,然后应用核磁共振和质谱等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从果实的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个酚苷类化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(1)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(2)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(5)、芦丁(6)、4-羟基苯乙醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、3-甲氧基-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯甲酸甲酯(8)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯甲酸甲酯(9)。结论化合物1、3、5~9为首次从八角茴香中分离得到。
AIM To study the phenolic glycosides from the fruits of Illicium verum. METHODS The phenolic glycosides were isolated by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS gel column chromatography,then their structures were elucidated by1H-NMR,13C-NMR and ESI-MS. RESULTS Nine phenolic glycosides were isolated from the95% ethanol extract of fruits and identified as quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 1),quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside( 2),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside( 5),rutin( 6),4-hydroxy-phenethylalcohol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 7),3-methoxyl-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzoic acid methyl ester( 8),4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzoic acid methyl ester( 9). CONCLUSION Compounds 1,3,5-9 are isolated from I. verum for the first time.
