摘要
为探讨氮肥与盆栽辣椒品质的关系,以辣椒品种"津福35"和"豫艺7"为试材,研究了不同施氮水平(每盆尿素施用量分别为0.76、1.52、2.28g)对温室盆栽辣椒果实中硝态氮、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:不同施氮水平对辣椒的品质有不同的影响,硝态氮、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质含量均随着氮肥的施入量增加先降低后升高;可溶性糖含量呈增长趋势,以期为辣椒设施栽培提供一定的理论依据。
To explore the relationship between nitrogen application rate and pepper quality,using‘Jinfu 35'and‘Yuyi 7'cultivars as materials,the effect of nitrogen fertilizer(0.76 g,1.52 g,2.28 g urea per pot respectively)on the contents of nitrate nitrogen,soluble sugar,soluble solids and soluble protein of pepper cultivated in greenhouse were researched.The results showed that with the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer increased the contents of nitrate nitrogen,soluble solids and soluble protein decreased at first and then increased,while the content of soluble sugar always increased,that could provide theoretical basis for protected cultivation of pepper.
