摘要
叶菜类蔬菜中硝酸盐含量随氮肥用量增加呈上升趋势 ,其中菠菜最为明显 ,追肥后10d出现硝酸盐积累高峰。茄果类蔬菜果实中硝酸盐的含量不受氮肥品种和施用量的影响 ,氮肥对提高蔬菜品质有良好作用。
Nitrate content of leaf vegetables increased with higher fertilizer application, and it reached summit after ten_day top application, which spinach was most obvious. Nitrate content of fruit in aubergine vegetables was not affected by variety and amount of N fertilizer applied. Nitrogenous fertilizer had good action to quality of vegetables.
