摘要
写作离不开思辨。长期重视语言知识和技能的培养轻视人文素养和自我认识的发展导致我国英语学习者的语言能力和其思辨能力发展的不平衡,最终阻碍了其写作能力的提高。改变大学英语写作"思辨缺席"的现状,提高学生英语写作能力,就得:(1)从根本上更新写作观念;(2)优化现有的课程设置;(3)使用多样的教学方法;(4)使用科学合理的评价标准。
English writing is closely related to critical thinking. However,over-emphasis on developing learners＇ language ability and the ignorance of fostering their world knowledge and self-knowledge in English teaching at home consequently result in the unbalance of cultivation between language ability and critical thinking,which,in turn,sets back the improvement of English learners＇ writing ability. Therefore,to change the current situation of＂the absence of critical thinking＂in English writing and advance learners＇ English writing ability,it needs to： 1） revolutionize the traditional writing philosophy; 2） optimize the current teaching arrangements;3） use multiple teaching methods and 4） apply scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria.
