摘要
目的 探讨隆林各族自治县高三中学生高血压前期（PHT）的发生情况及其危险因素。方法 采取整群抽样方法抽取我县在校高三学生1 252人,体检测量血压、身高、体质量,计算体质量指数（BMI）;对PHT的危险因素进行多元回归分析。结果 符合纳入标准高三中学生共1 236人,PHT发生率为35.28%,男生为51.67%,女生为19.81%;男生PHT发生率高于女生,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.005）。低体质量组、正常体质量组及“超重和肥胖”组学生的PHT发生率分别为26.32%、36.33%和53.09%,三组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.005）;15-岁组、18-岁组及21-26岁组学生的PHT发生率分别为24.43%、35.89%和48.96%,三组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.005）。Logistic回归分析结果显示,男生（OR=4.311）、年龄（OR=1.111）和BMI≥24.0 kg/m2（OR=1.111）是高三中学生PHT发生的危险因素。结论 我县高三中学生PHT的发生率比较高,男生、年龄和BMI是高三学生PHT发生的危险因素,应及早采取针对性预防干预措施。
Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of prehypertension（PHT） among senior three students in Longlin. Methods A total of 1252 students were extracted by cluster sampling, and pressure, height, weight were detected, and body mass index （BMI） were calculated; multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the risk factors of PHT. Results There were 1236 students conform to the standards, and the rate of PHT was 35.28%, the rate of prehypertension appeared to be higher in school boys （51.67%） than that in school girls（ 19.81% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.005 ）. The rate of PHT was 26.32% ,36.33% and 53.09% in low weight group , normal weight group and ＂overweight or obesity＂ group,respectively, and was 24.43% , 35.89% and 48.96% in 15 - years group, 18 - years group and 21 - 26 years group, respectively, there was statistically significant difference among the 3 groups （ P 〈 0. 005 ）. Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that male（ OR =4. 311 ）, age increasing（ OR = 1. 111 ） and BMI≥24.0kg/m^2 （ OR = 1. 111 ） were the risk factors of PHT among senior three students. Conclusions The rate of PHT is high in senior three students, male, age and BMI are the risk factors of PHT, programs on PHT prevention should start from teenagers.
