摘要
目的探讨麻醉科医院感染的危险因素,制定麻醉科医院感染的预防控制措施,以降低医院感染率。方法调查分析麻醉科医院感染的隐患,制定针对性预防医院感染的干预措施。结果完善了麻醉科控制医院感染的管理制度,建立标准化感染管理程序,提高了医疗质量,医院感染得以控制。结论必须采取综合性干预措施,加强医务人员培训、严格执行消毒隔离制度、规范一次性材料使用等,才能达到预防与控制麻醉科医院感染的目的。
OBJECTIVE To study the risk factors for nosocomial infections in department of anesthesiology and establish the prevention and control strategies so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS The hidden dangers of nosocomial infections in department of anesthesiology were investigated in order to establish intervention measures. RESULTS The management system to control nosocomial infections has been perfected, the standardized disinfection procedures have been established, the medical quality has been improved, and the nosocomial infections wese under control. CONCLUSION It is urgent to take comprehensive interventions, to strengthen the training of medical staff, to strictly execute the sterilization and isolation system, and to standardize the control over the use of disposable materials so as to prevent and control the nosocomial infections in the department of anesthesiology.
