摘要
青少年校外教育是社区教育的一部分内容,但是目前青少年校外教育对象不能普及,而且效果一般。改变目前青少年校外教育的现状迫在眉睫,而社区教育对于大力发展青少年校外教育有很大的优势,要拓展基于社区教育平台的青少年校外教育研究应该从政府对青少年校外教育的保障、青少年校外教育场所的扩大、青少年校外教育师资力量的充实、青少年校外教育内容的多样化四方面来进行。
After-school education of teenagers is part of community education.Not all teenagers have the opportunity of receiving after-school education,and its effect is not satisfying.It urgently needs to change the situation.Community education has great advantages in developing after-school education of teenagers.Extension of after-school education of teenagers based on community education should be considered from four aspects：guarantee from the government,enlargement of educational sites,enrichment of educational personnel,and diversification of educational contents.
