摘要
学生成绩评定是学校教学管理的重要环节。针对高职院校复杂的生源结构,采用区分性层次分析法考核评价高职学生成绩是科学有效的方法,该方法操作方便,简单易行,与现行大多数高职学生成绩评定方法相比,能有效地提高考核的针对性和准确性。
The student achievement appraisement is essential to the teaching management in colleges. Based on the complex structure of student source, taking discriminative AHP to assess students" ability is an effective method-which is easy and convenient to handle and improve the pertinence and accuracy of the assessment compa- ring to the current student achievement evaluation adopted in higher vocational colleges.
