摘要
【目的】筛选适合桅子栽培使用的肥料与农药,为获得高含量有效成分桅子提供依据。【方法】选用农家肥、福利龙有机肥、芭田复合肥、挪威复合肥4种肥料及敌百虫、辛硫磷两种农药在桅子规范化种植基地进行施肥、农药处理试验采用HPLC法分别测定不同处理桅子果实中3种主要药效成分(桅子苷、绿原酸和西红花苷-1)、重金属含量及农药残留量。【结果】4种肥料处理均显著增加桅子中桅子苷含量(P<0.05,下同),其中以农家肥处理的增幅最大达39.4%。福利龙有机肥、农家肥和芭田复合肥处理能显著加桅子中绿原酸含量,挪威复合肥处理却显著降低桅子中绿原酸含量。除挪威复合肥外,其他3种肥料处理均显著降低桅子中西红花苷-1含量。农药敌百虫处理可以增加桅子中桅子苷和绿原酸的含量,但对西红花苷-1的影响不明显;辛硫磷处理可以增加桅子中绿原酸含量,增幅达45.9%,但对桅子苷和西红花苷-1的影响不明显。【结论】施用农家肥或适量喷施敌百虫分别对提高桅子药效成分具有较好效果,且不会导致桅子重金属含量与农药残留量超标。
[Objective]In order to provide basis for obtaining high content of effective components from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,the fertilizers and pesticides suitable for cultivation of G.jasminoides Ellis were screened.[Method]Four fertilizers(farmyard manure,Fulilong organic fertilizer,Batian compound fertilizer and Norway compound fertilizer) and two pesticides(trichlorfon and phoxim) were used to treat G.jasminoides Ellis in standardized cultivation base.Then the contents of three major effective compounds(geniposide,chlorogenic acid,crocin-1),heavy metal and pesticide residue in G.jasminoides Ellis fruit were determined by HPLC method.[Result]Four fertilizers could significantly increase content of geniposide in fruits(P0.05,the same below),especially farmyard manure with increase range of geniposide(39.4%).The farmyard manure,Fulilong organic fertilizer and Batian compound fertilizer could significantly increase content of chlorogenic acid in fruits,but the Norway compound fertilizer could significantly decrease content of chlorogenic acid in fruits.And those fertilizers could significantly decrease content of content of crocin-1,except Norway compound fertilizer.Moreover,trichlorfon could significantly increase content of geniposide and chlorogenic acid,but had nonsignificant effect on contents of crocin-1.And phoxim could significantly increase content of chlorogenic acid,with increase range of geniposide(45.9%),but had nonsignificant effect on contents of geniposide and crocin-1.[Conclusion]Application of farmyard manure and trichlorfon can improve content of effective components of G.jasminoides Ellis,respectively.Furthermore,the application of fertilizers and pesticides can't result in content of heavy metal and pesticide residue to exceed standard limit.
