摘要
为了解近3年开州区食品的重金属污染现状,为食品安全监督管理提供依据,本文对2017—2019年开州区市售食品中铅(Pb)、镉(Cr)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)监测结果进行分析。3年间共计检测250件样品,Pb、Cr、As、Hg的合格率分别为97.6%、94.8%、98.3%、99.2%;不合格项目主要是婴幼儿谷类食品、禽畜肉类、火锅底料中的Pb,蔬菜中Pb、Cr,大米中Cr、Hg,干食用菌中Cr、As和小麦粉中Cr。由此可知,开州区各类食品普遍存在重金属污染,除干食用菌外,总体污染较轻,有关部门应持续监测,保障人们的食品安全。
In order to know about the status of heavy metal pollution in the food of Kaizhou district in recent three years and provide basis for the food safety supervision and administration,the monitoring results of lead,cadmium,arsenic and mercury in the food sold in Kaizhou district from 2017 to 2019 are analysised in this paper.The results show that there are 250 detected samples in total,while the percentages of pass of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury are 97.6%,94.8%,98.3%and 99.2%respectively in the three years.The unqualified items are mainly Pb in infant cereals,poultry and meat,hot pot primer,Pb and Cr in vegetables,Cr and Hg in rice,Cr,As and Cr in dry edible fungi,and wheat flour.In conclusion,it is common for the existence of heavy metal pollution of various kinds of food in Kaizhou district,except the dried edible fungi,the overall level of pollution is relatively low,while related departments shall continue to have investigation and monitoring on it to guarantee the food safety of people.
