摘要
美国大学应用型体育硕士培养模式经过几十年的实践和研究已经日趋成熟,其主要特征体现在培养方式的灵活性、师资力量的多元性、课程设置的多样性、注重实践环节、注重就业导向。美国应用型体育硕士人才培养体系对我国体育硕士专业学位研究生教育具有以下启示:一是是教育主管部门应加强对体育硕士专业学位办学的规划、指导、认证和评估,并且要建立起完善的高校体育竞赛体系,拓展学生的实践平台和就业机会;二是高校等培养单位应结合自身定位构建特色鲜明的专业学位体育硕士研究生的培养模式,主要措施包括:灵活地设置专业、完善课程设置、优化师资结构、明晰培养目标等方面,全面提升高层次应用型体育人才的培养质量。
Applied sports graduate programs have reached maturity after decades＇ practice and research. Their main features include： flexible cultivating models,diversified staff and curricula,emphasis on practice and employment guidance. This talent cultivation system provides inspirations for the sports masters degree graduate program in China. First of all,more effort should be made to strengthen the planning,guidance,certification and evaluation of the graduate program,and to establish a sound college sports competition system,expand the students＇ practice platform and increase employment opportunities. Secondly,colleges and other cultivating institutions should establish their own cultivation models according to their statuses. Main measures in this regard include： setting up specialties in a flexible manner,bettering the curricula,optimizing the structure of staff,clarifying cultivation objectives,etc.,so as to achieve a comprehensive rise in the quality of talent cultivation.
