摘要 针对铰接式车辆油缸行程差在设计中存在的问题,建立了油缸行程差的数学模型。考虑最大行程差作为性能约束条件,使其满足设计要求。并利用MATLAB软件编写了最大行程差遗传算法优化程序,得到全局最优解,绘制出解的变化和适应度变化曲线图,描述遗传算法的搜索过程,在获取可靠的转向系统全局最优解的同时,使求解过程简化,计算精度提高,从而为转向系统的优化设计提供了理论参考和借鉴。 In view of the problems existing in the design of cylinder stroke differential of articulated vehicle, establishes the mathematical model of cylinder stroke differential. Considering maximum differential trip as a constraint performance, makes it meet the design requirements. The thesis use MATLAB software to write genetic algorithm optimization program of the maximum differential trip, then it get the global optimal solution and the plot of changes of solution and fitness. This thesis describes the searching process of genetic algorithm. It obtains reliable optimal solution of the global system. At same time, it makes the solving process simple and improves the calculation precision. Provides a theoretical reference for the optimization design of steering system.
