活化T细胞核因子与变态反应性疾病关系研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of the relationship between nuclear factor of activated T cell and allergic disease

摘要 活化T细胞核因子(nuclear factor of activated T cell,NFAT)为细胞信号转导中的一类重要因子,最早被认为是一种可结合和上调T细胞中白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-2基因启动子的诱导性核因子。NFAT联合其他转录因子参与调节多个与变态反应性疾病相关的细胞因子如IL-4、IL-31、IL-17等的转录。本文就NFAT参与调节相关效应因子表达及其在变态反应性疾病发生、发展中的作用作一综述。 Nuclear factor of activated T cell (NFAT) is an important factor in cellular signal pathways and was thought to be an induced nuclear factor combining and up-regulating interleukin (IL)-2 gene promoter of T cell. The NFAT combined with other partners regulate the transcription of multiple cytokines as IL-4, IL-31 and IL-17, which are involved in allergic disease. This paper reviews the role of NFAT in regulating the expression of related effectors and the occurrence and development of allergic disease.
