摘要
现代制造企业在发展过程中,模块化产品要面临设计周期、设计成本、客户要求等各方面的挑战,桥式起重机小车架结构型式固化程度高,主要由钢板拼装焊接而成,属于典型的模块化产品。以160t桥式起重机小车架为例,借助VB6.0、SolidWorks2011、ANSYS12.0等工具,运用APDL语言建立了小车架的有参数化有限元模型,并对小车架进行强度和静刚度分析。将参数化有限元分析方法应用于桥式起重机小车架的结构设计中,开发了小车架参数化有限元分析系统,提高了桥式起重机小车架设计效率与质量。
Modular product of modern manufacturing enterprises have to face the challenges of design cycle,design cost and client demands in the process of development,and bridge crane trolley frame has a high constant structural style and mainly is composed of welded steel,and it belongs to the typical modular product. 160 t overhead crane trolley frame is taken as study object,with the help of Visual Basic 6.0,SolidWorks2011 and ANSYS12.0,and finite element model of trolley frame is described how to build based on APDL,and trolley frame is analyzed on strength and static stiffness through APDL procedure. Parametric finite element analysis method is applied to structure design of bridge crane trolley frame,and developed the parametric finite element analysis system of bridge crane trolley frame,and the level and efficiency of trolley frame designing is improved.
