摘要
从油套管的力学性能、材料强度、表面硬度、螺纹形式等产品性能出发,结合经典公式,寻找产品性能与螺纹粘扣之间的关系。通过理论计算、实物试验、图形分析等方法,明确不同因素对粘扣影响的程度,区分重要因素和非重要因素。该分析结果与工程应用相结合,可为油套管的合同约定、产品设计、生产工艺、合理使用等过程提供科学依据。
Through several ways including theoretical calculation,physical testing,graphical analysis,fully integrated with the classical formula,this paper tried to find the relationship between the galling of thread and the performance of oil casing,such as mechanical properties,strength,surface hardness,thread form,etc. Through the above analysis,we can make clear the different factors on the galling the influence degree,distinguishing between important and non important factors. The combination of the results and engineering application can provide scientific guidance for the contract agreement,product design,production technology,the use of standardized process.
