摘要
介绍近几年我国镍系顺丁橡胶(Polybutadiene rubber,BR)产能过剩态势.雾霾、碳排放产生的环境问题及轮胎标签法对轮胎滚动阻力、耐磨性能等提出的刚性要求。用稀土BR取代其它顺丁橡胶制成的轮胎.滚动阻力降低22%.24%,节省油耗5%.7%,可减少碳排放、降低刹车打滑和爆胎概率,满足对高性能绿色轮胎存高速、安全、节能、环保方面的更高要求。提出为提高国产BR竞争力,应加大“三釜凝聚、热泵、微化工系统”等新技术应用和研发力度,加快顺丁橡胶装置结构调整和转型升级步伐,以推动轮胎行业绿色低碳的可持续发展。
In recent years, China's nickel BR overcapacity situation, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Carbon emissions and tire label laws, on the tire rolling resistance, wear resistance and other properties of rigid requirements put forward. China is the world's first research and development of rare earth BR countries, but the real industrial production and the use of time is short. Replace to make other CIS polybutadiene rubber tire rolling resistance of rare earth BR, reduced by 22%-24%, 5%~7% can save fuel, reduce carbon emissions, reduce the slipping of brake and tire burst probability, can meet the demand of the high performance green tire higher requirement in high speed, safety, energy saving, environmental protection. In order to improve the competitiveness of domestic BR, increase the "three kettle condensation, heat pump, micro chemical system" and the application of new technology and research and development efforts, accelerate the pace of butadiene rubber plant structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading, promoting green low carbon sustainable development be imperative for tire industry.
