摘要
介绍了顺丁橡胶生产装置中两釜凝聚和三釜凝聚工艺的特点以及后者所具有的优势,比较了中国石化北京燕山分公司橡胶一厂顺丁橡胶装置凝聚系统改造前后蒸汽消耗和橡胶中溶剂残留量的变化,结果表明三釜凝聚系统相对于两釜凝聚可节省蒸汽25%以上,同时至少能降低橡胶中50%的溶剂残留量。对三釜凝聚工艺进行优化的结果表明其最佳操作参数为1号釜釜底温度85℃,釜顶压力48 kPa;2号釜釜底温度102℃,釜顶压力90 kPa;3号釜釜顶压力10 kPa。此外,指出了此次改造过程中的不足之处,并对今后的同类工作提出了建议。
The characteristics of two-kettle and three-kettle coagulating processes for the coagulation of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber slurry were intro- duced and the advantage of latter as well, the steam consumption and residual solvent content in the rub- ber were compared before and after the revamping of coagulating system in Synthetic Rubber Factory No 1, Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co Ltd, SINOPEC. The results showed that three-kettle co- agulating process could reduce steam by over 25% and mass fraction of residual solvent in rubber by at least 50% compared to two-kettle coagulatingprocess. The optimum operating conditions obtained for three-kettle coagulating process were the bottom temperature and the top pressure in kettle No 1 85 ℃ and 48 kPa, in kettle No 2 102 ℃ and 90 kPa and top pressure in kettle No 3 10 kPa. In addition, the problems existed in this revamping were discussed, and the suggestions for the similar revamping in the future were proposed.
