摘要
为确定何首乌的最佳采收期和入药部位,采用高效液相色谱法测定何首乌6-12月不同采收期、不同部位二苯乙烯苷和蒽醌类含量。结果表明:二苯乙烯苷和蒽醌类成分主要分布在何首乌的根和藤中,根中含量7月达最大值,分别为5.35%和0.4%;藤中含量8月最高,分别为1.65%和0.52%。为保证贵州产何首乌药用品质,以块根入药最佳采收期为7月中旬,以藤茎入药最佳采收期为8月中旬。
The content of TSG and anthraquinones in different parts of P.multiflorum at different harvest time from June to December was detected by HPLC to determine the optimum harvest time and medicinal part of P.multiflorum.Results:TSG and anthraquinones distribute in roots and vines of P.multiflorum.The content of TSG and anthraquinones in roots of P.multiflorum harvested in July is the highest and 5.35% and 0.4% respectively.The content of TSG and anthraquinones in vines of P.multiflorum harvested in August is the highest and 1.65% and 0.52% separately.The optimum harvest period of P.multiflorum roots and vines is in the middle of July and the middle of August respectively,which can ensure the medicinal quality of P.multiflorumin Guizhou.
