摘要
为了明确烤烟品种韭菜坪2号的质量风格特色,挖掘该品种质量特色形成的物质基础,以烤烟品种韭菜坪2号和红花大金元(对照)为材料,连续2年在贵州省毕节烟区2个不同海拔试点,对2个品种进行感官质量评价,并测定了烤后烟叶化学成分和中性致香成分含量。结果表明:韭菜坪2号在高海拔地区种植,清香型特色比较突出,感官质量和风格特色优于红花大金元;韭菜坪2号质量风格特色形成的物质基础在于烟叶糖含量、糖碱比、棕色化反应产物较高,韭菜坪2号烟叶的糖含量、糖碱比在不同生态条件下差异较大,具有较强的地域适应性。
The sensory quality of Jiucaiping 2and Honghuadajinyuan planted in different sites with different altitude in Bijie region for continuous two years was evaluated,and then the chemical components and neutral aroma component content were determined to explicit the quality characteristics of Jiucaiping2,a flue-cured tobacco variety and excavate the material basis of its quality characteristics.Results:The fen-flavor characteristics of Jiucaiping 2planted in high altitude region is very conspicuous and its sensory quality and characteristics is better than Honghuadajinyuan.The material basis for quality characteristics formation of Jiucaiping 2includes sugar content,sugar/nicotine ratio and higher browning reaction product.There is large difference in sugar content and sugar/nicotine ratio of Jiucaiping 2 between different ecological conditions,which indicates the quality characteristics of Jiucaiping 2is of the strong geographical adaptability.
