摘要
为挖掘大豆数量性状基因,选取具有代表性的160份华南大豆地方品种,并选用159对SSR标记,结合生育期、株高、主茎节数、品质等性状的表型数据,应用关联分析方法发掘与品质性状相关联的SSR标记位点。结果表明:共检测到625个等位位点,平均等位位点变异数为4.93个,基因多样性的范围为0~0.828 9,平均值为0.477 8;PIC值与基因多样性值的表现较为一致,平均值为0.430 6。关联分析表明,广东、广西、湖南3省均被检测到的关联位点有12个,其中与花期相关联的位点有5个,与熟期相关联的位点有4个,与株高相关联的位点有4个,与主茎节数相关联的位点有2个,与蛋白含量相关联的位点有1个,与油脂含量相关联的位点有2个。
To detect quantitative trait loci,160 representative germplasm in south China were selected.159 SSR markers were mapped.Combined with phenotypic data of growth period,plant height,main stem number and quality,association analysis method was employed to explore SSR marker loci correlated with quality characters.Results:625allelic mutations were obtained,the average variance number was 4.93.Genetic diversity ranged from 0to 0.8289,the average value of which was 0.4778;the value of PIC was the same with the genetic diversity and the average value was 0.4306.The association analysis of SSR loci with maturing period and protein and oil contents showed that 12 association loci were detected in Guangdong,Guangxi and Hunan Provinces;five SSR associated with flowering days;four SSR associated to maturing period;four SSR associated to plant hight;two SSR associated to node number on main stem;only one SSR associated to content of protein;two SSR associated to oil content.
