摘要
目的:探讨规范化临床药师工作的内容和标准。方法:通过借鉴分级护理标准建立的方法,结合药学监护重点内容,对临床药师工作对象、工作内容及标准进行分析。结果:建立了分级药学监护的标准,并在全市实施。结论:实施分级药学监护制度,可以提高临床药师开展药学监护工作的水平,有利于临床药师工作的评价。
OBJECTIVE To standardize contents and standards of clinical pharmacist work.METHODS By referring to the method to establish standards for grading nursing care,considering important contents of pharmaceutical care,work object,contents and standards were analyzed for clinical pharmacists.RESULTS Standards were established for grading pharmaceutical care and implemented in the city.CONCLUSION The grading pharmaceutical care policy can promote the level of pharmaceutical supervision,and benefit clinical pharmacist work.
