The essential measure in enhancing the normal development of executive morality construction is the adherence to the combination of management of executive object and executive morality, spiritual prompting and material stimulus, policy guarantee and economic guarantee, lead- ers and common people, managing state affairs in line with law and morality, supervision in all pro- cedures and supervision from all aspects, thus to establish and perfect assessment mechanism, prompting mechanism, guarantee mechanism, interaction mechanism, criteria mechanism and su- pervision mechanism.
