摘要
目的观察加用西妥昔单抗治疗后对接受顺铂化疗联合调强放疗的鼻咽癌患者的影响。方法选择2010年9月至2013年9月行治疗的鼻咽癌患者45例,随机分为干预组22例和对照组23例。对照组患者给予顺铂化疗联合调强放疗治疗,干预组患者在接受顺铂化疗联合调强放疗的基础上加用西妥昔单抗治疗。观察对比两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生的情况,比较两组患者间生存质量的差异。结果干预组患者的临床总缓解率高于对照组,两组患者间发生不良反应发生率无显著差异;两组患者间生存质量在接受治疗前与接受治疗中无明显的统计学差异,在接受治疗后,干预组患者的生存质量好于对照组。结论接受顺铂化疗联合调强放疗的鼻咽癌患者在加用西妥昔单抗治疗后可以提高临床治疗效果,改善生存质量,近期效果较好。
Objective To observe the efficacy of cetuximab combined with cisplatin and intensity- modulated radiotherapy in treatment of patients with nasopharygeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 45 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in the Department of Radiotherapy in XX hospital,XX city during September 2010 to September 2013 were randomly divided into intervention group（ n = 22） and control group（ n= 23）. Patients in control group were treated with cisplatin chemotherapy combined with intensity- modulated radiation therapy,and patients in intervention group were treated with intensity- modulated radiotherapy on the basis of cisplatin chemotherapy plus cetuximab treatment,and the efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of survival of patients were compared between these two groups. Results The clinical remission rate in patients of intervention group was higher than that of patients in control group,and the difference in incidence of adverse reactions was not significant between these two groups,the difference in survival quality of patients before treatment and during the treatment course was not statistically different between these 2 groups,and the quality of living in patients of intervention group after treatment was better than that of patients in control group. Conclusion The application of cisplatin chemotherapy combined with intensity- modulated radiotherapy in addition with cetuximab therapy in treatment of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can significantly improve the therapeutic effectiveness in addition with improvement of the quality of life in these patients with better short- term effect.
