摘要
通过对正常SD大鼠和链尿佐菌素(STZ)高血糖造模大鼠灌胃不同配比的复方枸杞茉莉花茶,测量大鼠的血糖值与糖耐量,观察枸杞茉莉花茶复方对血糖的影响。结果得出,连续灌胃剂量为600mg·kg-1,配比为1∶1的枸杞茉莉花茶茶汤30d,正常大鼠的血糖略有下降;剂量为600mg·kg-1,配比为1∶1的枸杞茉莉花茶茶汤能改善正常SD大鼠的糖耐量,减少血糖曲线下的面积;不同配比的枸杞茉莉花茶茶汤对STZ高血糖SD大鼠灌胃,都能控制血糖的提升、改善STZ高血糖SD大鼠的糖耐量,在配比1∶1时效果较好。
Normal SD rats and streptozotocin bacteria element(STZ)hyperglycemia made model rats were filling the stomach of different ratio of medlar jasmine tea compound,measuring rats blood glucose value and sugar tolerance,to observe the effect of Lycium barbarum jasmine tea compound on blood glucose。Results showed that continuously giving the dose of 600mg·kg-1 with the ratio of 1∶1medlar jasmine tea to rats for 30 days,resulted in a slight decrease in blood glucose in normal rats;a dose of 600mg·kg-1 ratio for 1∶1medlar jasmine tea could improve glucose tolerance in normal SD rats,reduced the blood sugar curve area;different ratio of medlar jasmine tea of STZ hyperglycemic SD rats by gavage,could control blood glucose of ascension,improved SD rats with high blood glucose of STZ sugar tolerance,with a ratio of 1∶1was better.
