摘要
研究了从粗老茶中提取的茶多糖对小鼠血糖、血脂和免疫功能的影响。结果表明：腹腔注射５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｂｗ茶多糖有明显降低血糖的作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）；对血清胆固醇和血清甘油三酯影响不大，但有提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的效果；每天连续口服２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｂｗ茶多糖，有增强免疫功能的作用。急性毒性试验表明，２４ｈ内腹腔注射总量１．０ｇ／ｋｇ·ｂｗ。
Effect of tea polysaccharides (TPS) on blood glucose,blood lipid and immunological function of mice was investigated by injection and oral administration.The boold glucose was significantly( P<0 01 )decreased and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased by intra peritoneal injecting (ip)TPS at the dosage of 50mg/kg·BW.No significant effect was found on the serum cholesterol and serum triglyceride by the injection.The immunological function was improved by oral administration (op) at the daily dosage of 25 mg/kg·BW for 14 days.According to the acute toxicity test,toxicity did not take place until the total dosage of ip reached 1000mg/kg·BW within 24 hours.
