摘要
为了解山西农业大学校园夏初空气细菌含量及日间变化情况,采用自然沉降法对校园6个采样点进行室外空气细菌浓度监测。结果表明:5号教学楼区距地面100、50、0cm三个高度处的平均细菌含量分别为(2 868±44)、(4 236±99)、(4 563±91)cfu·m^-3,均达到轻微污染水平;在该区的早、中、晚三个时间段下,午间空气细菌含量最高,其中100cm处午间的空气细菌含量为(4 074±109)cfu·m^-3,属轻微污染,50和0cm处的午间的空气细菌含量分别为(7 167±228)和(7 107±605)cfu·m^-3,均达到污染水平。比较6个采样点午间空气细菌含量,11~19号学士公寓楼区处于污染水平(7 619±63)cfu·m^-3,谷园、5号教学楼和体育场均处于轻微污染水平,分别为(3 879±82)、(4 142±70)、(3 180±48)cfu·m^-3,而思想湖和图书馆的空气达清洁水平,分别为(1 040±18)、(2 315±42)cfu·m^-3。校园空气微生物受时间、地点等多种因素影响。本研究可对山西农大空气微生物污染防治和研究工作提供一定的参考依据。
Investigation into the microorganism pollution on the campus of Shanxi Agricultural University in early summer was conducted by monitoring bacteria density at six sample sites and analysis of the source.At the 5th Teaching Building,samples were taken at height of 100、50、0cm,the average contents were(2 868±44)、(4 236±99)、(4 563±91)cfu·m-3,and reached the slight pollution level.The bacteria contents were the maximum at noon,the content was(4 074±109)cfu·m-3 at height of 100 cm,which was considered as the slight pollution;The bacterial contents were(7 167±228)and(7 107±605)cfu·m-3 at height of 50 and 0cm,respectively,which reached pollution level.Compared the bacteria contents of the six sample sites in midday,it was reached pollution levels(7 619±63)cfu·m-3in the area of 11-19 th Bachelor Apartment Buildings;GuYuan,5th Teaching Buildings and Stadiums appeared at slight pollution level(3 879±82),(4 142±70),(3 180±48)cfu·m-3,respectively);While the bacteria contents were(1040±18)and(2 315±42)cfu·m-3 at SiXiang Lake and Library respectively,were clean level.In summary,periods and locations could affect the bacterial pollution of outdoor air,the results may be provided the basis for bacteria pollution prevention and research.
