摘要
通过对国内外经济形势和建筑企业发展状况的分析 ,发现人力资源管理是我国建筑企业管理中目前最薄弱的环节 ,对“入世”后的我国建筑企业起着关键作用。同时指出加强人力资源管理是我国建筑企业的当务之急。
By analysis on developing situation of architecture industry and economy situation at home and abroad the result is found that human resources management is the weakest part in our country architecture enterprise management. And it is also a vital problem for our country architecture industry after entering the world trade organization. At the same time the paper poins out that strengthening human resources management is the urgent affairs for our country architectures industry.
