摘要
研究了含磷四乙烯五胺类固化剂/环氧树脂体系的固化过程.结果表明,上述体系的固化过程可分为3个主要阶段:第1阶段是伯胺基与环氧基加成反应;第2阶段是不活泼的伯胺基与环氧基的加成;第3阶段是羟基与环氧基的加成反应.文中还对含磷四乙烯五胺类固化剂/环氧树脂体系的阻燃性进行了研究.
The curing process of an epoxy resin E 51 cured with phosphorous containing tetraethylenepentaamines is studied. The results show that the curing process can be divided into three stages. The first stage is the reaction of active hydrogen(—NH,—NH 2) with epoxy groups; the second is the reaction of less active hydrogen(—NH) with epoxy groups; and the third is the reaction of hydroxyl groups with epoxy groups. In addition, the epoxy resin cured with phosphorous containing polyamines shows higher flame retardancy than that of E 51 cured with the corresponding polyamine.
