摘要 报道一种利用激光束在控释片剂上产生预定释药小孔的激光打孔机.仪器步进式工作,由伺服传动系统联动控制激光脉冲通断与片剂的传送.从而使片剂的储料、输送、定位、打孔、出料程序自动化进行.打孔速率1~2片/s,孔径范围01~10mm.经过对盐酸普鲁卡因胺渗透泵片与盐酸维拉帕米渗透泵片的打孔应用。 This paper reports the study of laser holing machine using laser beam to make an orifice for designed diameter on a control tablet.This machine works steppedly,the on or off of laser pulse and the transmission of tablets are controlled by a servo machine linking system.So the storing,transmission,locating,holing and outputing of tablets can be operated automatically. The speed is 1-2 pcs per second, the diameter of orifice can be controlled in the range of 0.1-1.0mm.In the application of drilling holes in the procainamide hydrochloride and verapamil hydrochloride osmotic pump tablet,it is proved that the machine can satisfy the requirement of studying and producing control tablet in a small batch.
