摘要
设计了一个CO2 激光脉冲外差中的脉冲信号光和连续本振光偏振匹配研究实验 ,从理论和实验上 ,分析了偏振态匹配程度对脉冲外差信号的影响 ,当两束光严重失配时 ,不仅降低脉冲外差效率 ,而且还将导致激光脉冲畸变 ,产生很强的连续波外差背景噪声 。
An polarization matching experiment on pulsed CO 2 laser heterodyne signal is designed.The polarization matching influence on heterodyne signal is analyzed experimentally and theoretically.When two beam laser hardly matches,not only pulsed heterodyne efficiency reduces,but also laser pulse distorts.It results cw heterodyne background noise and restrain heterodyne in pulse width.
