摘要
本文通过理论分析和实验对空间准直性对激光外基干涉信噪比影响进行了研究．并且给出了实验的数据，使其在激光外差的无接触探测中对提高外差系统的信噪比起着重要的参考作用，实验测试与理论分析吻合。
The effect of space collimation on the signal-to-noise ratio of optital hetercdyne is stud-ied by means of theoretical analysis and experiment. Experiment data are given. It plays and importantrole in contuchess inspection of optical heterodyne system. The experimental results are found in agree-ment with theoretical analysis.
