摘要
作为一种区别于笔译和口译的特殊形式的翻译,视阅口译的研究较少,其认知过程在国内更缺少足够的重视和研究。文章从视阅口译的认知机制着手,介绍了视阅口译的特点,通过实证研究对比英汉视阅口译和汉英视阅口译认知负荷的差别,明确构成视阅口译认知负荷的主要因素,提出视阅口译认知负荷的新模型,以期对提高英语专业本科生的视阅口译水平有所帮助。
As a unique type of translation which is different from translation and interpretation,sight translation( ST),as well as its cognitive process,still needs more attention and research. Based on the cognitive mechanism of ST,the features of ST are introduced with a contrast of ST cognitive efforts between English and Chinese. Major elements that require ST cognitive efforts are discussed. A new model for ST cognitive efforts is proposed.
