摘要
[目的]观察益生菌对婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻肠道屏障功能及肠道菌群的影响。[方法]将240例轮状病毒性腹泻患儿,按照随机对照试验方法分为对照组和益生菌治疗组,每组各120例。对照组给予蒙脱石散口服;治疗组给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片、蒙脱石散口服,连续给药7d,分别在腹泻病程的第3天和第7天收集2次粪便,进行粪便涂片菌群分析,在治疗后第7天观察2组患儿肠道屏障功能,对比分析2组患儿治疗效果。[结果]治疗组120例痊愈或有效,总有效率为91.67%,对照组93例痊愈或有效,总有效率为77.50%,2组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后第3天、第7天双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血D-乳酸、血DAO水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益生菌能有效改善小儿肠道菌群平衡及修复肠道屏障功能,调节机体免疫水平,提高婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻的治疗效果。
[Objective]To observe the influence of the probiotics on infant's intestinal barrier function and intestinal microbiota who had otavirus diarrhea.[Methods]Two hundred and forty cases of children with rotavirus viral diarrhea(averaged 1.6±0.5)were randomly divided into treatment group(n=120)and control group(n=120).The control group were treated with smectite and treatment group were treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets.The comparative analysis of two groups were compared after 7days.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 91.67%and 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.234,P〈0.05).The Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Escherichia of treatment group were higher than those of control group.The levels of blood D-lactate and serum DAO of treatment group were lower than the control group.[Conclusion]Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets can effectively balance the intestinal microbiota in children and improve the intestinal barrier function.
