摘要
[目的]探究慢性乙肝患者的治疗方案。[方法]选取2013年1月~2015年1月在我院接受治疗的128例慢性乙肝患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用阿德福韦酯片治疗,实验组采用扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯片治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果。[结果]治疗后,2组患者的丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、乙型肝炎病毒DNA（HBV-DNA）水平,实验组患者明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组患者的CD40、CD86、CD11C、HBV-DNA阴性（DNA-）、树突状细胞（DCS）激活性和γ干扰素（IFN-γ）水平,实验组患者明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者中有1例出现乏力,3例出现食欲不振,2例出现腹泻,不良反应症状明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。[结论]采用扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯片治疗方案治疗慢性乙肝患者的效果更好,而且不良反应发生率也较低。
[Objective]To explore the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients.[Methods]One hundred and twenty-eight cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015.According to the random number method,128 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,the control group adopted adefovir ester treatment,the experimental group adopted the centralizer blood capsule united adefovir ester treatment,compare the effect of two groups.[Results]After treatment,ATF and HBV-DNA of two groups had significant difference,the experimental group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.CD40,CD86,CD11 C,DNA-,stimulate activity of DCS and IFN-γlevels in two groups had significant difference,the experimental group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.There were 1patient in experimental group appear weak,3patients loss of appetite,2patients developed diarrhea,adverse symptoms significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]In treatment with patients with chronic hepatitis b,Centralizer blood capsule united adefovir ester is wonderful.
