摘要
介绍周仲瑛治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床经验,认为慢性乙型肝炎主要病理基础是湿热瘀毒郁结,并贯穿主要病程中,其病理因素包括湿热、瘀热、伏毒,病理性质以邪实为主,疾病后期出现正虚,即肝脾两伤、肝肾阴虚的证候。故在治疗过程中,当以清化湿热瘀毒为先,即化肝解毒。疾病后期,宜以调养肝脾和滋养肝肾为要。
ZHOU Zhongying＇s experience in treating chronic hepatitis B was introduced in this article. The main pathological basis is damp-heat and stasis-toxin binding in the course of various types of hepatitis. The pathological fac- tors are damp-heat, stasis-heat and latent toxin. The main pathological nature is evil repletion and weakened body re- sistance such as liver-spleen deficiency and liver-kidney yin deficiency appeared at the late stage of disease. Therefore, clearing heat, transforming dampness and resolving toxin should be used at the early stage of disease and regulating and nourishing the liver and spleen and nourishing the liver and kidney should be used at the late stage of disease.
