摘要
近年来,我国高等教育人才培养难以满足社会需要问题备受关注,主要表现在由于毕业生继续学习与创新能力不足所引发的毕业生就业难与企业招聘难。有学者曾试图运用供应链管理理论解决教育中存在的问题。文章认为,高等教育供应链是在基于原有模式基本合理假设下对教育变革的有益探索。然而,中国经济社会的快速发展对高等教育不断提出新的更高要求,原有高等教育供应链中节点之间协调不充分、信息共享滞后等问题日渐凸显,因此,有必要对高等教育供应链进行重构,以满足社会对人才培养的新要求。
In recent years, higher education has been thrust into the hmelight because the graduates cannot well meet the requirements of the society for lack of creativity and the ability of lifelong learning. Some scholars have tried to solve problems in higher education by introducing the conception of supply chain management, hoping that it may be conducive to higher education reform. However, problems kept cropping up following from the rapid development of the society, and thus it is highly essential to restructure the higher education supply chain. This article aims to analyze the problems in the present supply chain, and propose the ways to reconstruct it to cultivate more qualified talents for the society.
