重视飞秒激光辅助白内障手术中的瞳孔缩小并发症 被引量:11

Highlight the complication of intraoperative miosis in femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery

摘要 飞秒激光辅助的白内障手术从整体上提升了传统超声乳化手术的准确性、可预测性和安全性,最大限度地减少了眼内操作及对眼组织的损伤,具备较明显的临床优势.但因飞秒激光白内障手术存在学习曲线,不同设备特点各异,加上患者的个体差异,因此手术各阶段仍存在相关并发症,这一点必须引起眼科医生的足够重视.笔者结合国内外飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的进展及自身临床应用体会就该术式可能出现的激光后瞳孔缩小并发症、处理方式及新的问题和挑战进行述评,旨在探讨如何防范该并发症的发生并消除潜在的医疗隐患,从而使手术更加精准和安全. Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery provides superior clinical outcomes with higher accuracy, predictability, safety and also it can efficiently reduce ocular manipulation and minimize injury to surrounding tissue.However, complications including severe ones associated with different periods of the surgery still cannot be avoided as a learning curve exists and the unique characteristics of the devices and patients may further add to this condition, which should be emphasized.This article combined the recent advances and our personal experience to introduce the main methods of dealing with the complication of laser-induced miosis with precision and accuracy to effectively provide ideas of avoiding this preventive complication in clinical practice, so as to provide the patients with perfect postoperative visual quality.
