摘要
目的 :探讨前房穿刺术在内眼手术中的实用性及其优越性。方法 :在青光眼小梁切除术、虹膜嵌顿术、白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术、瞳孔成形术、角膜穿通伤合并虹膜脱出修复术等 337例内眼手术中应用前房穿刺术 ,观察术中及术后并发症的发生。结果 :术后浅前房占 6 3 % ,角膜内皮水肿占 5 2 % ,虹膜炎占 1 0 7% ,瞳孔不圆占 6 6 % ,后囊破裂者占8 3 % ,无其它并发症。结论 :前房穿刺术应用在内眼手术中是预防术后浅前房的有效措施 ,也便于手术操作、减少术中及术后并发症、促进前房形成等优点 。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of paracentesis of anterior chamber on intraocular operation.Methods:Paracentesis of anterior chamber was done in 337 cases of intraocular operation,such as trabeculectomy,iridencleisis,cataract extraction,intraocular lens implantation,coreoplasty,and operation for perforation of cornea combined with prolapse of iris,intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed.Results:Postoperatively,shallow anterior chamber occurs in 6 3% of cases,edema of corneal endothelium in 5 2%,iritis in 10 7%,disformed pupil in 6 6%,and disruption of posterior lens capsule in 8 3%.No other complications were found.Conclusion:Applying paracentesis of anterior chamber in intraocular operation is an effective measure to prevent postoperative shallow anterior chamber or other complications and is helpful to intraocular operation.It may reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications and helpful to the formation of anterior chamber.It can make some nearly failure operation successful.
