摘要
为推广喷射冶金技术的应用,防止硅钙合金生产中发生爆炸事故,文章对各种不同的爆炸试验设备及其工作原理,以及采用不同设备试验的过程和结果进行了详细的介绍。文中所得到的硅钙合金粉剂爆炸数据和提出的相应防爆安全措施,对我国硅钙合金的安全生产以及喷射冶金技术的发展具有重大的参考价值。
In order to generalize the application of jet metaurgy technology, prevent explosion accident in calcium-sili-con production, the paper introduces different explosion test equipment and its working principle, process and test results with different equipment. The explosion protection safety precautions and calcium-silicon powder explosion data have a significant reference value for the calcium-silicon safe production and development of jet metallurgy technology.
