摘要 通过对光电管中光电流成分的分析,知其大小是随电压呈曲线变化的。由此提出用Mathematica软件来拟合光电流的伏安特性曲线,并以曲线中曲率最大的点作为遏止电压点,有效减小了由主观方法估计带来的不稳定因素,提高了实验结果的准确性。 By analyzing the components of photocurrent in Phototube,it is said that the current changes in stage following with changing of its voltage. A method based on Mathematica is proposed to fit the volt-ampere characteristics curve of photocurrent,and to regard the point where the curvature goes to maximum as cut-off voltage. The method reduced the negative effect from subjective estimation,so the accuracy of experimental results is promoted.
