摘要
利用Origin软件进行绘制二极管伏安特性测量数据的高度拟合曲线,然后利用数学知识求取曲率最大值处的电压值,并根据二极管伏安特性测量数据,得出曲率法测二极管截止电压值,现证明此方法的可行性。
Based on Origin software for drawing diode volt-ampere characteristic measurements of height fitting curve, and then use mathematical knowledge to calculate the maximum curvature of voltage value, according to the diode volt-ampere characteristic measurement data, curvature method measuring diode cutoff voltage value are obtained, now prove the feasibility of this method.
