摘要
目的观察人工周期药物治疗和经阴道手术治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室（PCSD）的临床效果。方法以该院2013年2月—2014年2月经宫腔镜确诊的PCSD患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为二组,观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用人工周期药物治疗,观察组患者采用经阴道手术治疗。观察二组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后再次行宫腔镜检查,发现PCSD消失。观察组与对照组的临床效率相比,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=10.800,P〈0.05）。结论与口服药物的方法治疗PCSD相比,经阴道手术治疗的方法具有高效、微创和有助于再次妊娠等优势,治疗效果好。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of oral contraceptive pills treatment and aginal operation on post cesarean scar defect（PCSD）.Methods Totally 60 women with PCSD in author’s hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral contraceptive pills,while the observation group was given aginal operation.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was analyzed.Results The PCSD in observation group was found disappeared.The clinical efficacy between two groups showed statistically significant difference（χ~2=10.800,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Transvaginal defect repair is a effective surgical approach for PCSD,and it can decrease the recurrence rate of PCSD.
