经阴道超声检查剖宫产憩室对子宫异常出血的价值 被引量：15

摘要 目的探讨阴道超声检查剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室形态大小对于子宫不规则出血的临床价值。方法分析118例剖宫产切口憩室患者的超声图像及子宫异常出血的关系。结果本组患者均是剖宫产后经阴道超声检查发现子宫切口憩室,超声图像特点:子宫前壁下段肌层内囊性回声,一端楔入肌层内,一端与宫腔想通,与浆膜层最近距离约1.2 mm,根据形状不同分为三角形、半圆形、长方形、圆形、液滴状和包容性囊状。结论剖宫产术后常规行阴道超声检查了解切口愈合情况,憩室的发现对剖宫产术后子宫异常出血具有重要的临床意义。
